Promenade or commonly known as Prom is the most significant and memorable event in the life of every high school student. Driving analogy it would be like walking on a red carpet at a premier fashion show or may be the Oscars. All this hype associated with prom is surely well deserved looking at the preparations spinning months ahead of proms. This massive event almost sucks away all the youth energy to make them look style hunks and fashion beckons. Everybody prepares to look their ravishing best, but some how or the other lands up in sheer disappointment. Despite of planning weeks ahead, engaging beauticians and wearing best accessories they look gloomy and drab on the eve of their most desirable event. So what went wrong? You can certainly rescue this disaster if you put more efforts on your strengths and strong points rather than just looking more beautiful No need to feel dejected, simply look into each and every side for hogging that glam with wisdom.
Once the style of dress is final, go ahead for picking some bold seasonal color palettes, the most promising aspect of any ensemble. So pick right color, another milestone for any dress, to wear in a confident way. A single error at this point will be difficult for you as later it will reflect in the way you carry the dress and your level of confidence. Some colors look simply outstanding and make a great wear, like always black. Pastels like lavender and pastel pink, promise a great prom dress . Always keep simple with fully beaded dresses but don heavy accessories in case you wear an elegant and simple prom dress to capture attention. But, a word of caution! Do not overdo it. Avoid oversized prints, sparkling dress, lots of jewels, too bare ensemble, painful heels etc as these all extras will ruin your evening. But don't be afraid to experiment with accessories if you find your dress is simple and understated. Carry heavy accessories like large handbags, bold and big jewelry or dark scarves etc for that complimenting look.
Do not wear necklace in case your dress has boat or halter neckline, so in this case you can certainly try out some pretty earrings, bracelets, and rings. If you choose to wear a strapless or delicate strap style dress then go ahead with a simple choker or a drop necklace for enhancing your looks a step further. A deep V-neck also looks stunning with a long plunging lariat or short delicate choker. Now lets not miss talking about shoes in this entire prom-dressing race. Obviously shoes add a final touch to your dress. So decide on the magnificence you want to portray on that eve in choosing your shoes. Heels look great but flats are better alternatives looking at the level of comfort. Metallic-colored shoes in silver, gold and bronze will go with any color (red with gold, lavender with silver, bright pink with silver, et cetera) and are always easy to accessorize with. However, there are some gowns, which need a certain specific match only. For short dresses you can flaunt medium, low or high heels, while you can glide into the hearts of boys with open-toe sling backs or stilettos if you are wearing a floor-grazing gown. It is necessary to coordinate with your date the colors and details of what you are wearing. This will give both of you an edge for winning that complementing looks. Keeping all these simple tips will help you in making your prom night reminiscence in your life. Small planning with rational approach in selection will earn you windfall compliments and charming looks. So stop that heartburn and start building your smooth road to the event right away without any chance of disappointment.
